Notes

One of the most important tips to recreate any fried rice recipe is to use leftover rice that has been cooled. If you want to use freshly cooked rice instead of leftover one, it’s recommended to let it cool down until it fully reaches room temperature. You can fasten the cooling process by spreading the rice over a baking tray and cover it with plastic wrap. Freeze for about 10 minutes or refrigerate for around 20 minutes before you proceed with the Shogun Fried Rice recipe above.
