Making Fettuccine Carrabba Recipe with Simple and Easy Steps

  • 1 package (9 oz) dried fettuccine, boiled according to package until al dente
  • 2 chicken breast, skinned and boned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 small shallots, peeled and minced
  • 3 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 10 large mushroom, washed and sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Cooking Instructions:

  1. First on this fettuccine Carrabba recipe, you need to make the chicken. In a large bowl, combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add in the dried basil leave and then add in the chicken. Stir up to make sure that the chicken is all covered in the marinade and set aside for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
