- 6 ounce or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 3-4 fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ large-sized lemon, squeezed
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix together maple syrup, maple extract, olive oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt and pepper on medium to high heat in a saucepan for five minutes until the mixture boil and the sauce starts to thicken, while stirring occasionally.
